MLK Youth Baseball Camp
Our Youth Baseball Camp is designed to provide young athletes with a fun and challenging environment to improve their baseball skills. 1 Day Summer Baseball Camp - The Yard Baseball Academy & CCBC Essex Baseball
We’re teaming up with CCBC Essex Baseball for our final Summer Baseball Camp of the season on Monday, August 12th from 9am to 1pm. This camp is open to ages 7-14 and will take place at the CCBC Essex Stadium in Rosedale, MD. At camp, players of all skill levels will benefit from instruction by experienced coaches and players from The Yard Baseball Academy and CCBC Essex. The focus will be on player development, situational baseball, and the mental aspects of the game, all while ensuring a fun atmosphere. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from former professionals and current college coaches and players. The camp activities will cover hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running, with engaging competitions planned throughout camp. To make the most of the camp, attendees are encouraged to bring their gloves, bats, cleats, hats, and plenty of water.

High Heat Pitching Clinic
Loyola Blakefield Varsity Pitching Coach, and former Maryland Terp, Will Glock will be coaching this five-session pitching clinic. Coach Glock will focus on arm pitch mechanics, strength, and arm care. This clinic will include a mobility routine, arm care routine, plyo ball routine, medicine ball drills, and drills for home. The foundation that is laid at Coach Glock’s clinic will aid participants in preparation for their spring season.

The Art of Catching
Harford Community College Hitting/Catching Coach, and former Auburn Tiger, Jake Wyandt will be coaching this four-session catching clinic. Coach Jake will focus on overall defense (receiving, blocking, pop time) and game management (pitch calling, controlling base runners, reading batters swings). Players will receive drills for home tailored to their needs.

Fall Pro Hitting Clinic
New York Yankees Hitting Coach, Kevin Martir will be coaching this one-day hitting clinic Saturday, October 21st. Coach Kevin will focus on players' swing mechanics, approach at the plate, and pitch recognition. Using Rapsodo Hitting technology, players will leave with metrics, an understanding of their hitting profile, and drills for home. Players and parents are welcome to ask Coach Kevin questions relating to their swing and mechanics, or his experiences with the Yankees!

This showcase / skills camp is for eight graders, high schoolers, and college transfers that want direct contact with college coaches on the field. College coaches will instruct hitting, pitching, fielding, and catching sessions, as well as speak to playrs about the recruitment process.

Stick-Em Catching Clinic
4-Week catching clinic set in small groups to maximize player coach communication. This clinic will focus on current catching techniques including stances, recieving blocking, and transition / pop time. Participants will leave with an improved defensive mentality and leave with and personalized drills for home.

2 Part hitting clinic run by New York Yankees Hitting Coach, Kevin Martir, and Washington Nationals, World Series Champion, Jake Noll. Small groups to maximize the player coach experience. This clinic will foucs on swing fundamentals, approach and pitch recognition. Players will be able to take home personal mental cues for in-game adjustments and drills for home. Kevin Martir will coach the first session and Jake Noll will coach the second session.
