Two program offerings: 10 sessions or 5 sessions

Duration: 10 sessions for 5 consecutive weeks

Cost: $225 per participant

March 18, 20, 25, 27, April 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17

Age Group: 10u - 14u

Session Times: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Duration: 5 sessions for 5 consecutive weeks

Cost: $125 per participant

Dates: Wednesday - March 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16

Age Group: 10u - 14u

Session Times: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Overview

Our Fielding + Speed & Agility Training Program is a comprehensive training program designed to enhance both defensive skills and overall athletic performance. We offer a 10 session or a 5 session program.

  • Comprehensive Training: Focus on both fielding skills and overall athletic development

  • High-Volume Repetitions: Extensive drills for ground balls and agility to reinforce muscle memory

    • Athleticism and movement patterns

    • Specific goals for fielding and speed/agility

    • Injury history to ensure safe participation

    • Glove Work: Mastering proper technique and consistency

    • Defensive Reps: Improving reaction time and footwork with mass repetitions

    • Ground Balls: Drills to increase range and accuracy in fielding

    • Game Situations: Incorporating defensive plays to simulate real-game scenarios

    • Explosiveness: Enhancing quickness and reaction times

    • Acceleration: Developing fast starts and sprinting speed

    • Conditioning: Building stamina and endurance for peak performance

    • Footwork & Coordination: Improving agility for better on-field movement

    • Ground Ball Machines: Replicating realistic fielding scenarios

    • Video Analysis: For reviewing and breaking down techniques

    • Slow-Motion Playback: Analyzing footwork and form for improvement
